1. Organizer
   The raffle is organized by Unlimited Thinking (hereinafter referred to as «the Organizer»).
2. Date and Time
   The raffle will take place on March 5, 2025. The winners will be selected and announced by the Organizer on the same date.
3. Eligibility
   3.1. Participation is open to individuals who have actively engaged in the specified activity of meeting and recording the highest number of people who are not of the same color as themselves.
   3.2. Only participants who have reached the maximum recorded number of such interactions will qualify for the raffle.
   3.3. Employees of Unlimited Thinking and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. Participation Rules
   4.1. To enter the raffle, participants must submit a verified list of individuals they have met, in accordance with the participation criteria.
   4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all entries and disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms.
   4.3. Any form of dishonest conduct, including but not limited to providing false information, will result in immediate disqualification.
5. Winner Selection and Prize
   5.1. The winners will be randomly selected from the pool of participants who have met the maximum number of qualified interactions.
   5.2. The selection process will be conducted fairly and transparently by the Organizer.
   5.3. The prize details will be communicated directly to the winners.
   5.4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. Notification of Winners
   6.1. The winners will be notified via email or phone using the contact details provided at the time of participation.
   6.2. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Liability and Disqualification
   7.1. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or failures that may affect participation in the raffle.
   7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the raffle if unforeseen circumstances arise.
   7.3. Any participant found violating these terms will be disqualified without prior notice.
8. Data Protection
   8.1. By participating, entrants consent to the collection and processing of their personal data for the purpose of administering the raffle.
   8.2. The Organizer will handle personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
